Everything worked very well, communication was really fast and friendly. The only thing I would like to criticise is the additional express payment fee which becomes due when one pays with credit card and the reasoning for which I did not quite understand. Yet, other than that I was very satisfied with the Flatio service.

The service was good, everything was clear from the beginning. I liked that renting is calculated by days and not whole weeks or even months, which makes it more flexible. It was easy to get in contact with the landlord and the offer was in accordance with reality. It was uncomplicated to select the desired flat and complete the booking. I am satisfied with flatio and would use it again.
