You need to be more transparent about the additional service fees, these are added right at the end and in my case were a lot of money. Would put people off using the platform.

very good & efficient service, I would recommend verifying the condition of properties, especially ones that have zero reviews (i.e. not clear what the tag "Verified by tenant" means if the property has no reviews displayed)
