The idea is very good and the collection of short term renting (other than AIRBNB) gives us refreshing new choices, and the mediations with the contract put our mind at ease that we are in good hands, but there were few things we didn't like. Some of the postings showed price cut or special deals, but when we clicked on them the offers were totally different, which made us think if we can trust this platform?. Also, the first two attempt to reserve a place was quickly rejected for apparently no reason!? So we put in multiple offers hoping that we can choose from the positive responses, but after the first "yes" our other offers were stopped. That didn't seem fair, because the landlords have 24 hours to respond and we would have time to pick the best for ourselves. One lady messaged me why we rejected her??!!! Well, we actually would love to go with her place but you blocked our response to her... Anyways, Flatio has lots of good things and could be our platform to make our arrangements for the future, but we hope the reservation process will be evened out between landlords and renters and during the 24 hours deadline we could have multiple offers (I am sure the landlords can receive as many as they can and waist our time to reject). Ensure flats are available. I'm one week from arriving and I get an email from the owner saying he received an email mail from your company about my arrival. He stated he sold the apartment months ago so everyone knew but me. Please do a better job of communicating that information to the tenants

A 3 elutasitas szabaly nem tetszik. Sok prostitualt foglalna szallast Budapesten, nem fogom oket beengedni a lakasomba uzletelni. Jo lenne ,ha minden berlo irna magarol a profiljaban egy bemutatkozast, valamint foglalaskor is es tenne fel kepet magarol.

Not pleased at all, the landlord just kept promising things, flatio offered a discount voucher. I would need a refund and much better promises (like finding me another place if my current one is not good enough) to change my mind dabout the company.

I recently stayed at one of Flatio's property and unfortunately, my experience was marred by both the conditions of the stay and the limited support from Flatio. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that amenities like the washing machine were missing despite being promised in the listing. My interactions with the landlord only added to the inconvenience, with unexpected requests and disruptive construction activities. When these issues escalated to threats and disturbances, I felt the need to involve Flatio support. However, my experience with Flatio support was underwhelming. To begin with, they lack a direct phone support line, which in situations like these, is invaluable. Their email-based support system means you can expect a reply only by the next day, which isn’t ideal when dealing with pressing issues. Even when they did respond, the support was largely ineffective. Instead of providing concrete solutions, I was often sent generic links to Flatio's informational pages. Their inability to mediate a lease extension as compensation for my troubles was disappointing. Further, they couldn’t enforce the landlord's promise to reimburse my laundry expenses. In conclusion, while the property might have its merits, the combination of the landlord's behavior and Flatio's lackluster support made my stay a challenging one. I would advise potential guests to consider these factors before making a booking.

Concept is nice, but you must verify what host is writing in the description of the apartment. It seems like they can write whatever they want, even when it's misinformation
