Me gusta lo fácil que es para los arrendadores la gestión de las propiedades. Tan solo solicitaría la posibilidad de arrendar por meses enteros siempre que la fecha de entrada sea en la primera semana del mes o la de salida durante la última. Eso no deja huecos en las reservas y es práctica habitual en el arrendamiento para estudiantes.

The ease of booking - that no deposits are required and especially that for long stays you don't have to pay the full amount upfront, but that there are monthly payments. Thank you for a great service!

Easy to use the platform. Prompt payment by credit card would be nice. Please educate the possible tenants that they can not view the property before reservation. It takes me a lot of time to inform them and at the end they disappear...

What pleased me the most was the ease of finding and booking a great apartment, along with the clear communication and support throughout the process. The platform is user-friendly and provides detailed listings, which made choosing the perfect place simple. One area for improvement could be enhancing the search filters to allow more specific criteria. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely use Flatio again!
