The whole experience was great, and it's our 1st time renting out with Flatio. I loved how you organized the whole process and prepared all the docs and instructions for hosts and guests while checking in and out. All templates were in one place, easy to download and fill. All booking-related info is accessible. Kudos for that! The only thing that confused me a bit in the very end - I opted for no-deposit rent, that was supposed to be covered by Axa insurance; after my client moved out I noticed some stains on the wall, and reached out to Axa will a filled protocol and photos (all as explained on Flatio website), but their representative told me that I need to contact my guest first with the repair invoice and ask her to pay; if she rejects - then they will hear me out again. I couldn't get what's the point and advantage of such insurance for landlord or tenant, if in case of damage we will have to solve it between 2 of us. Other than that we are very satisfied with the renting process. Thank you for this opportunity!
