Booking and payment is straightforward. Good selection of rental options with enough pictures. Pics were accurate representation. Lots of the rentals are lacking rating and reviews unfortunately, which is of the most importance in making the choice for me.

The prices are decent, and the experience is pleasant. I haven't had any issues with you so far. I like the fact that I can easily find an apartment for mid-term rent that won't cost me a fortune. I'd like you to have a mobile app, as using the web version is not too convenient, especially when you are on the run.

I am not sure if the web and experience will go nicely because I have never tried before, but if it does and we don't have any "surprises", I will be very happy to use it again and recommend the web to others friends working remotely or in need of a short-term rental.

Efficiency was a 10. The only issues were not being able to contact anyone except through text, sometimes making even minor communication a laborious process, and the fact that paying the rent the easiest way, by card, was only possible with a hefty service fee.
