Since you opened for 5 day stays, could you add 1 more rebate level, for 14 days. Just like there are rebate levels for 30 days, 3 months etc.

Good value, but it is important that you verify the internet conexión and set a minimum standard for landlords. The internet was unstable and low bandwidth. Very difficult situation for digital nomads.

Renting through flatio was rather convenient and straightforward. Hard to tell how service charge is calculated (for some offers it was greater than monthly rent, for some - lower)... And paying it in full for the whole period isn't great, in my opinion. I'd prefer to pay each month with the rent.
