My first time I do t have an opinion yet. But your site does not give a map of location or options in filter for parking. I want to search dates in many places to see what's actually available as each time I see 1 by 1 they are not avsable on my dates. So a better search filter and maps of the area would be nice. With room rentals do you have use of kitchen send all families?

A flatio apresenta boa comunicação. Acho que os inquilinos deveriam ser verificados, e em caso de primeiras experiências deveria ser exigida uma caução elevada para prevenir comportamentos impróprios como aconteceu com o meu inquilino.

It was good to inform us about upcoming duties. But you should better communicate this with the landlord since they were not coinciding with the landlord's wishes. That causes a lot of confusion. The landlord was much better organised than you assumed. I was (and am usually) very annoyed by these platforms trying to prevent direct communication between tenant and landlord. It indicates that the platform is less interested in providing good service than with earning money. The contract had to be changed in order to comply with changed arrival dates. Ultimately, I had to solve this directly with the landlord. That was a matter of seconds. But this does not shine a good light on the platform. In general, I do not see the need for such platforms. For getting more customers, more well known platforms like bookings might be much more useful.

I would love to have to option to send 1-2 reservation requests without being obliged by all of them. Then, i would also have no issue with paying a service fee to flatio. But like this, I always have to wait if i have a room before trying to get another. That way, it takes so much time to find a good place to stay.

Users should be informed immediately about how Flatio works, in particular how it differs from airbnb. It is a confusing experience until one understands that a "reservation" is just a request.

The service fees are much too high. They are very much on the side of the owner and not the tenant, minimum stays are too long (30 days for most, 14 days for a few), Sadly I don't think I would use Flatio again. Also this place was rented for UKR who fled the war and when I rented it there was no reduction whatsoever. I saw afterwards that they added free service fee but that was too late for us.

Good webpage, I think the comission are extremely high - it filters a lot the adoption to this web page. You should consider an adoption strategy after adding such a huge amount of comission for both sides. Support team is good but not focusing on the details in case a landlord has more than one house renting, sometimes the support team doesn't know where the question is coming...

I like the webpage is very intuitive as a landlord. The only thing this time I missed it was a support team that can respond faster and are able to check my questions related with a specific flat. I had the feeling they didn't spend time checking my problem - I have 2 flats in flatio and they were confused about my questions. If they would have look to my profile they would know immediately which flat I was referring but instead they asked me the question all the time and we missed a couple of days because the response comes always the day after...

I am not very satisfied with Flatio services because every month when I payed the rent even though I did with 4/5 days before, they never had it register in their website and every month they told me I was missing one rent.
