Professional approach, complete customer care during the whole process. However the 3 rejection rule is a bit harsh, as well as leaves very minimum consideration rights to the owner on potential tenants who dont have picture about themselves, nor share any/have minimum information about their personal profile, nor have any history or record in the system. I would make the picture and the personal profile mandatory for all tenants, to have a bit more comfort in approving the potential tenant.

Zhruba před měsícem jsem uplatnil přes AXA assistance škodu na vybavení bytu po skončení nájemní smlouvy. I když šlo o celkem zjevnou záležitost - proražené dveře, dosud mi nepřišla žádná odpověď. Pojištění škody se tak jeví jako spíše teoretická než praktická a funkční záležitost.
