I was so excited to find a site that focuses on mid-term rentals! We often stay in a city for 1 - 3 months and other rental sites tend to focus on shorter stays and be more difficult to use for long stays. I love that you verify your listings. I love that you guarantee the apartment is as listed. We're really excited to book with you for the first time and hope to book again in the future!

Overall, I am very pleased with the Flatio services. It was so easy to find a good place and quickly. The application process was a breeze and I had a flat ready to go within 24 hours and with no deposit. The only thing that I was nervous about was being able to wire the payment internationally within the 24 hour window (due to time-differences and delays with banks etc.). Perhaps it would be better if the window was longer (48 hours or even 72 hours).
