Dobrá služba, ak človek nemá smolu na podvodného nájomníka. Ak má, tak ho Flatio nie je schopné odhaliť. Poistenie pokryje len škody na byte, ale v danej chvíli nie nezaplatený nájom. V prípade serióznosti oboch strán to može fungovať k spokojnosti všetkých. V mojom prípade to bohužiaľ tak nebolo.

I think since you’re charging commission on each payment, you should also be the ones requesting the payments from the tenants and following up on it when they don’t pay it rather than telling me to contact the tenant.... apart from the online advertising I don’t see any added value in any services provided by Flatio.

The follow-up experience could be a bit better. A lot of rejections without any explanation which looked like timeouts.

I told Flatio that we only got paid after 1st of the month but i got emails every month about the fact that rent was late (28th due) and all the said was its automatic so nothing they can do...i suggest you fix this function as it became spam and very intrusive

It took 2 weeks to find a flat -- landlords were not putting correct information on the website (like minimum stay requirements), landlords never responded, ... Then when we finally got a flat the website never sent the SMS code so that I could finish the deal. It was only 15:30 in Prague and no one answered the support number or the online chat!!!!
