Yes, I was under the impression that I had paid all rent and that there would not be any extra charges. But as it turns out 30 days means 30 days and I had to pay for 1 extra day (I rented from 01/07/2023 to 31/07/2023). This would not have been an inconvenience for me if you could have included it in the beginning were I thought I paid everything.

Flatio is a good option for medium term accommodation, however the service fees added by flatio are ludicrously high. Needs to be adjusted to encourage adoption

Everything went as well as could be expected. Flatio connected me with a good landlord and provided the necessary paperwork to set up the rental ahead of time in another country.
