Flatio is a nice plataform , but still with a lot to improve. For now I would say the feedbacks are quite slow from the support team, the timing for tenant confirme the reservation is too long and while the tenant doesn't confirm the booking, the calendar is locked and it is not good for landlord to have the calendar looked for 3days. Because quite often the tenants doesn't confirm the reservation and we lose all this time of waiting. But so far we had good people coming to our place, so overall experience it is good for us.

The fact that you offer mid-term rentals. It is hard to find accomodation for 1 month up to 12 month. Ususally there are for short stay (up to 1 month), or for long term(over 12 months)
