I like the concept of Flatio, although some things could be improved. What I found quite difficult now was changing the booking dates. And I would be very happy if different prices could be set for different dates.

The rental contract I signed stipulated that my accommodation should be 16,900 czk per month (30 days), however I paid around 17,400 czk/month throughout my stay (five months). I thought the problem was a very bad conversion rate for my bank or the Flatio website (from euro to czk).

Flatio is a good platform...we've never had issues using it. We do feel the fees are a bit high, as they are in addition to a healthy cut of the rent money you pay.
