I love that it's tailored to remote workers and to longer stays, but at the same time it has the features I love from Airbnb, like evaluations on both host and tenant, calendar integrations, insurance etc.

I like it that this website has a lot of transparency in everything and there's a lot of information and details for everything. However, it's a bit difficult to book when I actually have to wait for a confirmation, it gives a feeling of uncertainty. I've also been denied from some reservations simply because either the owner didn't see it or for no reason at all. It's quite difficult to do it when there's a short timeline for finding a property and a long waiting time for a response.

Everything was straightforward and clear, the only downside was with the payment of the rent, Flatio's bank took 3 days to accept the payment, so I was freaking out a little that my reservation will expire, but everything worked out without a problem, so there's no need to worry.

The site is very easy to use. Searching for available accomodation is quick and straightforward. All the necessary information is standardized and available in each offer. Being able to see the housing and street name through street view is an excellent feature. And the best services provided by Flatio are the absence of deposits and the very reasonable fees. Everything is seamless and transparent. This is the best platform of its kind that I have tried. Congratulations!
