The Flatio concept is good. I don’t like that if you rent and pay for 30 days you only get to stay 29 nights.

Communication with Flatio was ok, I was having issues with my bank transfer. I wanted to use this option to avoid the extra charges when using Apple Pay or credit card although it took a little time to get a reply it was ok. Again my experience with the landlord was excellent .

Whole process went very smoothly and fully automated. Site is easy to navigate, houses are easy to locate, shame too few options are available outside big cities. Communication was very clear, information was provided at the right moments so that its hard to miss or interpret incorrectly what to do next.

Great Customer Support and always so helpful! Love the new partnership with Axa! I think you guys are great and should take this to the next level. Competition is fierce so try to take your promotion to the next level so more people are aware of the great platform you've got - more visibility. It'd be great to work on new features to be on par with some competitors out there (greater website design, etc). Saying this I love Flatio!
