Great service - your website is perfect and easy to use. My only suggestion is to either warn people that Flatio’s Czech bank will take incoming wire transfer fee for international wire transfers and add this to the rental amount or Flatio should cover this fee in its price- it was not mentioned and I had to send a second transfer after initial payment to cover your bank fees which was expensive and inconvenient. (You can see my previous email communication with your customer service for more details) Other than that, great service and I will definitely use again. Thank you.

Haven't had any contact with Flatio support, really. The website experience wasn't bad but not great, and the service fee that was added to the rent price was too high.
