Fees for paying the rent are ridiculous - we already pay a fee for the services....... + not accepting the American Express Card might resolut in us not choosing Flatio next time... Other than that we had good experience with you. Thank you.

+ quite wide offer of apartments - after reservation, the invoice needs to be paid very quickly, for us as company not possible to make payments in such a short time - due to approval process, payment process etc.
