Two active car dealer garages form the remaining three sides of the outdoor space and have numerous windows opening onto it. Oil and exhaust fumes can be smelled in the enclosed space. There is also little privacy since the garage windows directly face the apartment, there are no curtains and the glass door does not have an exterior shutter.
The only way to access the shared outdoor space from the building is through this apartment.
The apartment has an alarm system with a detector in the living room pointing towards the glass door. The ad's photos of the living area are old and do not show it.
There is a locked space in the apartment the host uses as private storage. The ad's old photos show this space open to the living room.
We did not stay in the apartment.
