Susana was a very helpful and kind host. She explained to me about the neighborhood, good places to eat, have a coffee, shopping, places to hang out, where to trash bin, and many more..! The apartment was very clean, and everything I needed in the long-term stay was prepared. Wi-Fi was super fast (this flat even has 5G), and I had no problem while working from home. It is located in a very good area if you love small quirky shops and culture. Casa da Musica is 5 min walk. I happened to stay there during Corona, but Susana and her husband were very helpful and they took care of me. I appreciate their hospitality. I would definitely come back there when I come to Porto next time. I recommend this place for a solo traveler and couple.

Beautifully furnished studio flat, cleaned weekly to a very good standard and the owner was always responded quickly to messages. It is on the basement level so no direct sunlight but it is equipped with everything that you might need :) We enjoyed our stay here!

Although it was a nice apartment I didn't reach an agreement with the landlord due to the situation of emergency in the country, which forced me to go back home. I had to pay the rent worth of 2 months after only staying for 2 weeks. The landlord didn't even want to hear about an in-between solution for both of us, so I wouldn't recommend renting this flat after such a disastrous experience.
Otherwise I enjoyed living there. The fact that 4 people have to share the same room can be hard, but it's ok as long as you are aware of this. The apartment is in the centre which is very convenient.

Vyborna lokalita, parkovani a velky balkon v cene. Coz je nejvetsi prednosti. Byt je vzdusny a obsahuje vse co clovek potrebuje. Pobyt byl prijemny.

Flat is pretty well, but do all payments to them via flatio.
Always.
Otherwise, in case you decide to terminate earlier - they will not return money for the rest of prepayed period.

Great location! You can walk to half the best places in Berlin, from museums to nightclubs. There are only two rooms in the flat, but both are spacious with high ceilings, so it doesn't feel cramped with two people. For a short holiday, more people would be fine using the sofa bed and emergency floor mattress.

It's a little expensive for the size, but it's comfortable and very convenient.

For those with little kids, it's pretty safe for a city apartment. The balcony has a high wall, and the bedroom window handles are well out of reach.

Nikola was an exceptional landlord. She was always very helpful and accommodating, and made us feel very at home as expats in Prague. During the COVID-19 Pandemic she was very accommodating when we had to leave Czech Republic, and put in extra effort to help us.
I cannot recommend her more!

Adam is friendly, solicitous and has great communication skills.
He replied the messages really fast and was flexible with check-in/check-out times.
Everything about the room met my expectations. The flatmates are awesome and easy to get along. I definitely recommend it and would stay again!
