I love the house! It’s fully equipped and really close to everything you need. The landlord is great, he helps you with anything, even about your doubts with the city. I absolutely recommend him and his house!!

One of the biggest downsides to this flat was the lack of 24/7 hot water, which the owner did not mention during signing of the lease. The owner is also bad at responding to emails. I emailed him several times before terminating the lease about some packages I was supposed to receive and he has never responded.

Svetlana could not have been a better landlady. She communicates efficiently, is friendly and helpful and the flat is spotlessly clean and well equipped. I can’t thank Svetlana enough for her kindness during the covid-19 crisis when she was incredibly understanding about my situation and very patient while I tried to sort things out. Thank Svetlana.

The apartment was exactly as listed on Flatio. The landlord met us personally when we arrived. I don't know whether this was special treatment because we were coming from the U.S. or maybe he does it for every new tenant, but either way, we were impressed.

We rented the apartment for five weeks and had some (understandable) minor issues along the way. Philippe was always responsive and helpful at every turn.

In the end, we had to depart early and on short notice due to the global coronavirus pandemic. International flights were becoming more and more limited and it appeared that if we didn't leave early, we might be stuck in Prague indefinitely. Philippe was flexible and reasonable with us in the midst of a challenging situation.

Very great place, just like in the pictures :) Margo is one of the kindest persons I’ve met and a very responible owner. I loved my stay at her place! I would totally rent again the flat when I come back to Budapest 👍🏾 :)

The room was very cozy with a big bed and a beautiful view towards the city center. The appartement has everything you need and is placed in a nice and calm neighborhood!

We spent a month and a half in this apartment. the rooms are very large and it feels like home. the bathroom is a bit old fashioned but it does the job very well. the kitchen is good, the oven and the hotplates are like new. Markus is very friendly and above all very attentive to our needs. I recommend

Alles perfekt! Leider musste ich meinen Aufenthalt wegen Corona abbrechen, aber die Wohnung kann ich absolut empfehlen! Vor allem mit dem Vermieter Andrej war alles super, er war immer hilfsbereit, hat sich gekümmert und hat vor allem ganz unkompliziert reagiert, als ich den Mietvertrag vorzeitig wegen Corona kündigen musste. Eins ist klar: Ich komme wieder! :-)

Nice apartment, with a good location. During our stay we only experienced a minor problem with the drain in the shower, but Alena was very helpful and solved it quickly.

I can not imagine that there is a better offer in Prague: Michal, an always friendly, helpful and generous landlord and the favourable, well-equipped small apartment with a terrace in a quiet location, on the one hand far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists, and on the other hand very well via public transport connected to the city. I will definitely come back.
