The rental rates seem very reasonable and it appears to be a very secure way to make a booking. Also the ability to book dates during the month and not have to start on the first of the month. It is great to be flexible when you want to see as much of the country as possible

Please have owners publish a screen shot of the internet speed test if they mention WiFi in their apartment. Our experience is that when you contact the owners they provide unverified answers. If they were given the Okra speed test as a standard to run on their phones they could then publish a standardised speed result that would be meaningful across all properties. Internet speed is important to digital nomads like us. Flatio was also helpful on chat just before we were due to check out and helped me with simple question out of regular hours.

I like the website which is straightforward to use. We saw a presentation by the original Flatio founders at a Madeira event and were impressed with the service concept and how well thought out it was for both landlord and tenant.

In general good service. Few stuff that could be better: 1. payment flow, I tried to pay full amount in 1 payment, but only after contact support it was fully completed 2. Confusing messages were send about finish rent before start

I think sometimes you give too much information that could be confuse to the landlord. I really appreciate the contact by phone when I have doubts. The contact personby phone in portuguese, is very professional and clarifies all doubts with confidence. Very much appreciated!
