The apartment is located in a picturesque building in the heart of Alfama, without elevator and with narrow stairs.

The apartment is located in Alfama, the most emblematic neighborhood of Lisbon. Situated in a visually stunning hill that extends to the Graça neighborhood, this is the most picturesque of Lisbon and the soul of the city. Its name comes from Arabic al-Hamma, which means baths or sources.
Once Morro and Jewish neighborhood before it became a fishing community this picturesque medieval neighborhood is the oldest neighborhood in Europe after El Pópulo in Cadiz and the oldest and most typical neighborhood of Lisbon. It's like a small village, where you can put your map and wander aimlessly through your "alleys" (alleys) and "wide" (small squares), allowing your senses to be the guides.
