We offer you bright, open planned and fully furnished flat. It is ideal for family’s and people who like to enjoy nature and/or sports. It is situated close to the airport and you can reach the city by public transport in 25 min. Normally live here 2 adults with 2 small kids (2,5y and 6m). So the flat is “real fully furnished”.

Furnishing

We are subleasing our flat, because we will be for a 4 month family trip with a campervan. So all of our furnishing will be in the flat. As we don’t miss anything, we hope you won’t either. You can also use the toys for kids, if you let us know in advance.

The flat

Our 2kk flat is in second floor of a house with 2 families. It is a bright and flat with 2 rooms. The big room is the kitchen/living/dining-room. We really enjoy cooking here with friends during kids are chilling on the couch or playing with their toys.

The bedroom hast 3 beds with each 90cm. They are connected so you have a big sleeping area.

The bathroom has a shower and bath tube. As it has a window, it is really nice to relax here.

Upstairs is another room, but it is closed. So you can use the stairs as a shelf.

The life in the house

In the house is living my sister with her husband and 3 kids (7,9 and 12yrs). They also have 2 cats, which are not allowed to be in our flat. As there is also a big garden the kids and family staying often outside for barbecues or a little football match. We are often enjoying the sunsets there. You can use the garden and the space for grilling aswell. If you are motivated you can even help in the garden. As the sister is a aromatherapist you may habe the possilitiy to book a massage just downstairs.

The surroundings

We really love living here, because we have so much nature around us. Just next door is a new community garden project. People from town coming over for gardening and relaxing. A few steps down you can find a small lake with easy access for swimming and a big meadow for sunset. Just 20 meteres up is the entrance to the park Hvezda. Very nice during hot weather, as it is only forrest. There are 3 playgrounds, many hidden server places to discover and a small cafe close to the summer castle.

Restaurants you can find easily within 5-10 mins (Italian, Czech, Asian couisine)

Public transport is just infront of the house and brings you during the week every 7 mins either the airport or to the metro station. At the metro station “Petriny” ( 2 stops by bus or 10-15 mins walk) you can find all the shops for your daily life (bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, etc).



Important notice

The flat is out of the classic touristic district. If you are looking for big city life, you are probably in the wrong area. If you are looking for less stress, but more “green” you are probably right here.
