Fabiano's property was very clean and comfortable. It was spacious enough and just right for a family of three.

The living room was a great place to relax with a large round table and sofa. The kitchen was well equipped with the latest appliances, including a dishwasher. The fridge was also large and perfectly kept cold.

The location is also very convenient, right next to the LX factory. There are large supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and plenty of public transport nearby. This makes it easy to get to the city centre.

Fabiano and his wife were very kind and lent us a hairdryer and gave us a bottle of their recommended wine. They are definitely a great owner couple and we would highly recommend this property for your stay in Lisbon.

The surrounding area is a great place to stay, with plenty of shops, parks, public transport and excellent markets.

Pros: The house is absolutely beautiful! Very comfortable and well decorated. The location is also perfect with many busses, and a pharmacy and grocery store less than a block away. The apartment is well equipped with dishes, coffee machine and plenty of closet space. The air conditioning is available in the bedroom and living room. You have views of the bridge and also of downtown Lisbon from the window. Very close to LX factory and many great restaurants in the area. The landlord is also quite flexible and accommodating.
Cons: The apartment is on the top floor which means you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to it. There were also some small issues in the bathroom. There was an infestation of ants coming through to the apartment from behind the bathroom door. I was able to resolve it myself for the remainder of my time there but it is something to keep an eye out for. Also the bathroom door has a loose handle which can fall out if you pull on it. It wasn't resolved while I was there but hopefully it will be for the next tenants. Thirdly the dog downstairs is very loud and barks a lot during the day . Something to consider for those working from home.

Wonderful apartment in the beautiful city of Lisbon. Fabiano and his wife gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful and responsive with any help needed. The flat has air-conditioning, WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and basic utilities for cooking. Perfect, both for working and vacation.

Absolutely hospitable and comfortable stay! We were cozy as at home. The landlord and his charming wife bought additionally all the necessary little things for the house at our request. The landlords helped with setting up the equipment in the house. In addition, after we reported problems with Wi-Fi, the landlords sent a master to the apartment who installed a high-speed router. We had all the conditions for a great living. The landlords were careful of our private space, while always being in touch. I am strongly recommend this flat.
