It was the worst experience I have ever had. Not only the induction was not working and I had to leave my apartment and to terminate the contract before the term, but I also still haven’t received my reimbursement (that the landord has to pay according to the contract signed through the platform Flatio). The landord does not reply and I still don’t know if I will have my money back, after I had to pay for another accomodation since the kitchen’s apartement could not be used.

The internet in the apartment is 2 Mbit/second download, and 0.8 - 1.4 Mbit/second upload. You should consider this before renting. I have contacted the owner about this matter, but haven't received help at all.

Therefore, the neighbourhood is nice. Huge forest nearby to walk. But I would probably recommend to have a car. The apartment itself is without separate rooms. So you have beds inside of the hall.
Although, the bathroom is huge.
