Located in a very quiet, very close residential neighborhood (15 minutes walk) of the Cascais Historic Center, and with free public parking, could not choose better place to enjoy your vacation or business trip.
The apartment is located on the ground floor that is at the level of the 1st floor, as there are some steps to access the street to the building and some more steps after entering the building to the door of the apartment.

When it enters the apartment, a wide, luminous hall area with a secretary, connects the living room, the dining zone and the kitchen. It is a large and open space with a very comfortable leisure zone with TV with international channels and a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, a fully equipped dining area and kitchen. It also has a balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy an outdoor meal or simply relax. The kitchen is equipped with plate and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, mixer.
On the other side of the house, there is the area of ​​the rooms. One of the rooms has a double bed (160x200) and has a private bathroom with shower. The other room has two individual beds (90x200), side by side. There is another full shower with a shower that supports this room.
There is still extendal, board and iron, hair dryer.

The whole house has double glass, air conditioning and electric blinds, and the internet connection is fiber.
The neighborhood where the apartment is located is very calm and friendly, there are cafes, restaurants, supermarket within 500 meters. Cascais's historic center is 1km, about 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. Parking in the area is public and free.

House rules:
