Thank you. The house is in Xylokastro Korinthias,Notara 1C,20400,5th floor in a 5-storey apartment building,I got it from my parents,parental benefit,and it has never been rented.I use it as a cottage,15 days a ***** was built in 1996,it is 90 sq.m.,it has 3 bedrooms,I am interested in renting it for short periods or even continuously or even to sell it as I have another cottage... and in essence ... it remains unused for 3 years now (after loss of my parents )... It has wonderful views north (pine trees and sea at 150 meters), west and south.I am a psychiatrist in Galatsi, and I have not picked up the phones last 3 years-use SMS ,unless I know who he is and I have written him in contacts... I have the ***** (legacy) and ***** (smartphone).On the other, east end of the 5th floor my sister lives permanently with her husband Andreas ***** and they are informed...
