I had an amazing stay at Vila Sta Teresinha Suites! The place was spotlessly clean, with a beautiful view and located in a great neighborhood. The host, Filipa truly exceeded all my expectations – she was incredibly attentive and helpful. Whenever a small issue arose (like the internet going out or a broken blender), she resolved it immediately. One of my housemates had a birthday, and she surprised us with a homemade cake and champagne to celebrate together. Every day, she also brought us fresh lemons from their own tree, which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful and welcoming experience!

The neighborhood is incredibly safe, and as a solo female traveler, I felt completely secure throughout my stay. Luz is a true Portuguese gem, with its charming streets and welcoming atmosphere. There are plenty of hiking trails nearby, offering beautiful views of the coastline and surrounding nature. The beach is absolutely stunning, with a peaceful vibe that feels straight out of a movie.

Luz is very nice, but there are a lot of ex-pats and older residents so if you're looking for a younger crowd, I'd recommend Lagos.

Very beautiful place with everything you need for a short or a long term stay. Room was very clean, great communication with host. 10-15min walk to groceries. 10 min walk to the ocean hike trail. Nice and quiet area.
