I am a Southern Spaniard living in Munich. I bought this flat in 2017 and renovated it completely to turn it into a wonderful, bright, comfortable and charming flat in a historic heritage building of Cádiz (from the 17th century) in the heart of the city. I have been renting it out as tourist accommodation ever since and my guests have always been delighted. I myself spent several months working there in 2021 and 2022 and have found it to be an absolutely great place for a workation.
